Casino floor people were nice in blackjack pit but slot hosts I never saw. $25 blackjack table gave us a little spending money for slots. The slots were ok as we were able to play a couple days up and down as expected. I wish I could complain about our room but really it was perfect. (Might have helped I tipped a few dollars here and there). Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Bell desk and players club have wheelchairs. The wheelchair helped me get around a lot easier. I am disabled and needed a wheelchair and they have several for use first come first serve. We used the free valet service and our luggage was brought to our room and picked upon leaving and placed back in our car. Loved the Bath and Body Works soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. The first class room was in excess of our expectations being very clean great view and overall just warm. From the time we checked in it felt inviting and relaxing.
We stayed 2 nights during the week in August. I have lived near this hotel for years and finally paid a visit.
